HOW TO SEARCH:

You do not have to enter any information to do a search - if you enter nothing and press the Search button, you will see all the RCM choruses. The more information you enter, the more specific your results will be.
To clear the information on the form, press the "Clear" button.

Example Searches - boxes to enter information in are in bold:

e.g.1. I want all choruses (Type = Chorus) later than chorus number 500 (Number = From 500 to (leave blank)), in the key of C(Key = c), with "Cross" in the title (Song Title key words = cross), slow speed (Tempo = Slow), 4/4 time signature (Time Signature = 4/4) and under the "Communion" topic (Topic = Communion).

e.g.2. I want all fast (Tempo = Fast) choruses (Type = Chorus) between chorus numbers 700 to 800 (Number = From 700 to 800) with references from the book of Acts (Scriptural Reference = Acts).

e.g.3. Make up your own combinations!

FIELD EXPLANATIONS:

Type: Select whether you want to search Choruses or Hymns (Choruses is the default setting). When searching Hymns, the only available information is Number, Key and Title. Searching in other fields with Hymns will result in a "No records found" message.
Number: There are three options - select one option only -
1. To search for all choruses above e.g. 600, enter "From 600 to (leave blank)". To search for all choruses below e.g. 400, enter "From (leave blank) to 400". To search for e.g. choruses between numbers 600 to 700, enter "From 600 to 700".
2. To search in a Supplement, select the Supplement you wish to search.
3. To search in a Volume, select the Volume you wish to search.
Leave all boxes blank to search all choruses.
Key: Enter the key you wish e.g. A, Bb, G etc. Leave blank to search all keys.
Song Title key words: Enter the words you are looking for that appear in the song title e.g. god, love, praise etc. To search for multiple key words, enter a different word in each box (1 word per box) e.g. "god" in one box and "family" in the next box will return all choruses that have the words "god" AND "family" in them. Leave blank to search all song titles.
Tempo: Select the song speed you want. Leave blank to search all tempos. Press the "Clear" button to remove your selection.
Time Signature: Select the time signature you want. Leave blank to search all time signatures.
Topic: Select the Topic you are looking for. Leave blank to search all Topics.
Scriptural Reference: Select the book of the bible that the scripture you want is in. Leave blank to search all references.
Songwriter: Enter the last name of the songwriter you are looking for. You also have the option of entering "unknown" for all songwriters that are unknown. Leave blank to search all songwriters.
Copyright Holder: Enter one word of the copyright holder's name e.g. Resource, Integrity, Copycare. Leave blank to search all copyright holders.
Random: Select yes and press the Search button to return one chorus, randomly selected. Press the "Clear" button to deselect this option.
